About the Role
Embark on an exciting journey with Quantum Solutions Launchpad (QSL), a fast-growing initiative that support the journey of young quantum talent from academia to industry. We work with leading industries and organizations and have delivered 15+ projects, partnered with 85+ organizations, and built a vibrant community of ~50 research fellows - all within just two years. We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact research projects.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3-4 projects, each supported by a dedicated team of early-career researchers. Your primary focus will be on execution, ensuring milestones, tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high technical standard. You will serve as a bridge between research teams and external stakeholders.
While you will not be expected to execute technical work, a strong technical background in Quantum Computing (or related domain) is essential to provide guidance, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment with project objectives.

Who you are:
MS (research)/ PhD/ PostDoc experience in Quantum Computing or related domain.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and love taking ownership of ideas from concept to execution.
Well versed in quantum technologies; technical research background in Variational Quantum algorithms/ quantum error correction/ quantum benchmarking studies is strongly recommended.
Strong writing and presentation skills; you can make complex quantum topics clear and compelling.
Comfortable speaking to a wide range of industries and problem-solving oriented.
Remote work isn’t for everyone; you’re disciplined, organized, and proactive in managing your day.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end execution of multiple research projects.
Lead and coordinate research teams, and ensure technical deliverables are met.
Track progress against milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Provide technical guidance and translate partner requirements into clear, actionable work plans for the research teams.
Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and project communication.
Represent QSL at Conferences: Attend select industry events (limited travel) to network, present, and showcase our unique value proposition.
Compensation
- Salary range: $75,000-$90,000
