We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact research projects.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3-4 projects, each supported by a dedicated team of early-career researchers. Your primary focus will be on execution, ensuring milestones, tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high technical standard. You will serve as a bridge between research teams and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
While you will not be expected to execute technical work, a strong technical background in Quantum Computing (or related domain) is essential to provide guidance, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment with project objectives.
Who You Are:
MS (research)/ PhD/ PostDoc experience in Quantum Computing or related domain.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and love taking ownership of ideas from concept to execution.
Well versed in quantum technologies; technical research background in Variational Quantum algorithms/ quantum error correction/ quantum benchmarking studies is strongly recommended.
Strong writing and presentation skills; you can make complex quantum topics clear and compelling.
Comfortable speaking to a wide range of industries and problem-solving oriented.
