Quantum technology will not scale through isolated programs alone. Regions need connected ecosystems: trained learners, technical pathways, industry engagement, research access, startup support, and trusted organizations that can translate technical opportunity into real workforce and economic development.
WISER’s regional partnerships help build that connective tissue through education, mentorship, curriculum, outreach, applied programming, and ecosystem coordination.
WISER is partnering with Elevate Quantum to expand quantum education and workforce development across Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. The initiative supports regional quantum literacy, accessible training pathways, student and educator engagement, and workforce readiness to help strengthen the Mountain West as a leading quantum innovation ecosystem.

Curriculum & Learning Design
WISER designs structured learning pathways across quantum, AI, optimization, and frontier technologies. Programs can move learners from first exposure to deeper technical readiness through self-paced courses, live cohorts, applied sessions, assessments, and certificates.
Workforce Development
WISER helps regions translate emerging technology priorities into practical workforce pathways. This includes learner onboarding, regional access models, educator support, skill-building resources, industry-aligned programming, and pathways for students, professionals, and career changers.
Learner Recruitment & Engagement
WISER recruits, engages, and supports learners through global programming, mentorship, community-building, speaker sessions, lab tours, and guided participation. Regional partners can use this model to reach students, educators, professionals, and emerging talent at scale.
