Low-Code Developer / Technical Integrator

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract or Part-Time (2–3 months)

Closing Date: Rolling application

At WISER, we are creating a lightweight, AI-enabled learning platform that brings together YouTube videos, interactive quizzes, and automated certificates, all connected through APIs and no-code tools. The goal is to launch a simple but functional MVP that lets learners:

  1. Watch educational YouTube videos

  2. Ask AI questions about the content

  3. Complete quizzes

  4. Receive a completion certificate

You will use existing tools (e.g., Bubble, Make, Retool, or Webflow) and APIs (YouTube, OpenAI, Google Sheets, or Firebase) to rapidly prototype and connect the components into a seamless experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up a web-based learning dashboard using a no-code or low-code platform (Bubble, Webflow, or Glide).

  • Integrate YouTube videos and their captions via the YouTube API.

  • Connect an AI chat or Q&A interface using the OpenAI API to query video transcripts.

  • Build a quiz interface (Google Forms, Moodle. Typeform, or Bubble component) with scoring and completion logic.

  • Automate certificate generation (PDF) upon quiz completion using tools like Github scripts.

  • Store and manage user data using Google Sheets, Airtable, or Firebase.

  • Design lightweight dashboards for learner progress and admin control.

  • Ensure all integrations are secure and scalable enough for pilot testing.

Who you are:

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love taking ownership of ideas from concept to execution.

  • Experienced with no-code / low-code platforms such as Bubble, Webflow, Retool, Glide, or Softr.
Familiarity with API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth).

  • Basic understanding of OpenAI API and text-based prompt flows.

  • Comfort with Google Cloud tools (Sheets, Apps Script, Forms, Slides).

  • Light coding ability in JavaScript or Python for small custom connectors.

Compensation:

  • Remote-first organization: We are based in Washington DC, USA - but offer 100% Remote opportunity. Work from anywhere, with occasional travel for key conferences.

  • Professional Development: Access to quantum workshops, networking events, and mentorship from leading experts.

  • Collaborative Culture: Join a tight-knit team of innovators passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM.
