About the Role
The Operations Lead will support the smooth execution of education and innovation programs by managing key operational components, coordinating communications, and ensuring high-quality participant experiences. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort with digital tools and platforms.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: communications, business, education, or related).
2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and basic website or LMS platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Education Program Operations
Manage the program website and learning management systems (LMS).
Upload and organize videos, training modules, and quizzes.
Coordinate schedules and communication with speakers, mentors, and instructors.
Maintain participant databases, handle onboarding, and ensure timely communication with students and participants.
Track engagement metrics and provide periodic reports on participation and completion.
Microgrants Management
Support the microgrant program through proposal intake, review coordination, and selection process management.
Maintain accurate records of grant applications, awards, and reporting requirements.
Communicate with applicants and awardees to track project progress and gather impact data.
Webinar Coordination
Plan, schedule, and host regular webinars with invited speakers and partners.
Handle technical setup, registration, reminders, and post-event follow-up (recordings, surveys, summaries).Support marketing and outreach efforts to drive engagement and attendance.
Compensation
